Penalty Killers

Genom att skriva egna texter online på en gemensam hemsida medverkar flera hundra unga i Umeå kommun och Vancouver, Canada till att skapa handlingen i Kulturverkets nya stora satsning. Efter bloggoperan gör vi en Hockeymusikal.

Med start i april 2008 och premiär hösten 2009 kommer Kulturverket att skapa en hockeymusikal i tre perioder där matchen i sig är en del av handlingen. Underlag till handlingen kommer från barn/unga i idrottsföreningar, och i skolan i Umeå och Kanada. Projektet utgår från och synliggör deras erfarenheter, tankar och åsikter om livet i idrottsklubben, på fotbollsplanen eller hockeyrinken... läs mer »

Coming to a close

Here in Vancouver over 15(full) classes have participated in writing for the musical. Now things are slowing down, but the music has just started. Texts can be read by going through Skripter. You have to scroll down to go through the different worlds Penalty Killers 1-14. See image.

There was some serious rivalry going on between Brittannia and Templeton, two East Vancouver schools.
